Our meats are all locally sourced from the very best farms that Essex and Suffolk can offer. We age our beef to for the finest finished product. Our lamb is from the marshes just three miles away and is classed as Salt Marsh. Blythborough Pork from Suffolk is the finest we can find and has the perfect fat to meat ratio, ensuring optimum flavour and eating quality.  Never underestimate the humble chicken - Diaper Poultry provide us with our super-juicy and flavoursome free range chickens. And all our marinades are home-made here by Dan. 

By keeping it local we are able to guarantee that the quality remains consistent. Food miles are minimal, giving an overall healthier and greener eating experience.

Butcher with Beef

Our beef is sourced from specific Essex farms, hung for 28 days and cut to your preference, for the best  flavour and tenderness.


From crown cut topsides, legs and shoulders of salt marsh lamb, all cuts of pork to free range chickens, Sunday Lunch is sorted.


Pork, lamb and chump chops are great, old-fashioned cuts.  Easy to cook - we can cut them however you would like.

Our sizzling selection of BBQ favourites includes the best 4oz or 6oz steak burgers, minted chops, racks of bbq pork ribs and butterflied marinated lamb.


We make 8 different flavours of sausages as well as home dry- cured thick-cut bacon perfect for breakfast or a in a BBQ bun.

Our stir frys make cooking simple. Our steak stir fry is flavoured with garlic and chilli and takes  just minutes to cook .


Old fashioned cuts that are bang on trend - calves', lambs' and pigs' liver, oxtail and short ribs - we're all over offal.
